1. Herpcam's Banner Exchange is for reptile and amphibian web sites only. Most general pet sites which include reptiles or amphibians and/or their enclosures, supplies, or food will be accepted, as well. Anything else will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Absolutely no illegal or offensive material will be allowed on the exchange.


2. No Cheating. No members will be permitted to artificially inflate their impressions or clicks in order to cheat the system. I reserve the right to ban any user by IP address and notify their ISP for abuse.


3. Code must be visible on any page it is placed on.


4. Do not modify the code in any way.


5. No more than one code per page. No exceptions. However, you can put the code on as many of your pages as you'd like.


6. One account per web site.


7. Use common sense and consideration when placing the code on your site. If I can't find it because it's hidden, I will not activate your account. If your site is so large that it's difficult to find, send me an email once you join to let me know where it is so I can verify its placement. The higher the placement on your page, the better exposure and higher number of clicks you'll receive.


8. Keep file sizes low. If visitors have to wait for your banner to load, they'll probably disregard it and move on. I recommend keeping them under 50k and will not approve banners that are too big. We'll work together to get your account set up if there are issues.


9. Please use your own images when creating your banner. I will not promote copyright violations.


10. I reserve the right to change these rules at any time. I will post any changes to this page and notify all members via email.


11. I will not disclose your personal information to anyone without your prior consent.
